1. About the service
Bitwork Tech provides in-house IT, digital, creative, and operational services. The service may resemble a freelance platform because you can submit requests and communicate about work online, but it is not a marketplace of independent freelancers. Professionals delivering your work are part of, or work under the responsibility of, Bitwork Tech. Bitwork Tech is responsible for coordinating the service and managing the professional relationship.
2. Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure, and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, impersonation, unauthorized access, or work that infringes another person's rights.
3. Services and scope
Bitwork Tech may provide any lawful IT, digital, creative, or operational service that we agree to undertake, including development, design, automation, analytics, marketing support, hosting, maintenance, and related professional work. The exact scope, assumptions, required access, timing, and expected effort should be discussed through the available communication channels before work begins.
- You must provide information, feedback, approvals, and access that are reasonably needed for the requested work.
- Delivery timing depends on the request, scope, complexity, dependencies, communication, and access provided.
- A request may be paused or declined when it is unlawful, unsafe, outside our capability, or missing information needed to proceed responsibly.
4. Account funds are non-refundable
When you upload, deposit, or add funds to your Bitwork Tech account, those funds are non-refundable. You should add only the amount you intend to use for Bitwork Tech services. Account funds may be applied to eligible service work and related account charges according to the balance and rate shown for your account.
- Unused account funds cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another user, or refunded after they have been added.
- Adding funds does not guarantee a particular result, completion date, or service availability for a request.
- If a payment appears unauthorized or incorrect, contact support promptly so Bitwork Tech can investigate the account activity.
5. Quality concerns and support
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the work. If you are not satisfied, contact Bitwork Tech support promptly and describe the issue, the expected result, and any useful examples. We will review the concern, communicate with you, and work with the responsible Bitwork Tech professional to resolve the issue where reasonably possible.
- Please raise quality concerns through support rather than asking a professional to perform work outside the agreed request.
- A review may require clarification, additional information, access, revision instructions, or a practical adjustment to the scope.
- Support resolution does not change the non-refundable status of account funds.
6. Your materials and our work
You retain responsibility for the information, files, trademarks, content, credentials, and other materials you provide. You confirm that you have the right to provide them for the requested work. Subject to your payment obligations and any agreed limitations, Bitwork Tech will provide the agreed deliverables for your use.
7. Acceptable use and access
You must not interfere with the platform, attempt to bypass security, upload malicious code, misuse another person's information, or request work intended to facilitate fraud, harm, or unlawful access. You are responsible for ensuring that any access you provide is authorized and that your systems are backed up before changes are made.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide dependable service, but response times, availability, and delivery can be affected by maintenance, third-party infrastructure, access problems, dependencies, events outside our control, or changes in scope. Bitwork Tech will take reasonable steps to communicate material issues and agree on the next practical action.
9. Suspension or closure
We may suspend or close an account when there is misuse, a security risk, unlawful activity, non-cooperation, or a breach of these terms. You may stop requesting work at any time, but account funds remain subject to the non-refundable rule above.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our service or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
