Bitwork Tech provides in-house IT, digital, creative, and operational services. We are not a freelance marketplace that connects you with independent sellers. Professionals working on your request are part of, or work under the responsibility of, Bitwork Tech.

- Account details such as your name, email address, country, phone or WhatsApp number, and address when you choose to provide them.

- Payment and account-credit information needed to record deposits, usage, balances, and related support. Payment credentials are handled through the applicable payment process and are not stored by Bitwork Tech unless clearly stated at the time of payment.

We use your information to provide and improve Bitwork Tech services, respond to support requests, maintain your account, process service activity, communicate important updates, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
